CUSTOMER REVIEWS
For the most part, this figure will satisfy your need for an MCU spiderman figure. It is scaled perfectly. Comparing him to other Marvel legends figures, it is clear that he is a highschool aged boy. The figure is color ful, (which I like) however, the costume still looks slightly too dark and dirty. I wanted this figure to look clean and prestine (how the suit looks in the movie). Idk why they used bluefish grey for the webbing, when it should be thin black lines. Spider-Man comes with two alternate heads, one with wide eyes, the other with squinted lenses. I much prefer the head with the squinted lenses. It looks far closer to how the mask looks in the movie. The other head looks like something we have have 100 times with other Spiderman figures. In fact, the wide lenses head looks nothing like the mask looks in the movie in its neutral state. The eyes are just never quite that big and round. Other assessories include interchangeable hands. One set in a web shooting gesture, the other set is fisted. He also comes with webgliders, which make him look like a flying squirrel. They are translucent in color and don't stay put very well at all. This figure works very well as an all-purpose Spiderman figure (especially with the wide eyed head). For me, the color scheme is perfect (besides the webbing being too blue). For me all the accessories are just "ok". The only accessory that I really use is the alternative squinted eyes head. If I had to improve this figure, I would modify the primary alternative head to have eyes which look more accurate to the film. I would also use black paint for the webbing and add wall crawling hands. It would be super cool if this came with a yellow bsckpack and a captain America shield (but that's pushing it). Overall I am mostly happy with this figure. You especially enjoy it if you love the Spiderman home coming movie like I do. Thanks for reading my review!

I think this is a great figure! Minor imperfections but what figure doesn't. It has very good articulation but the web wings don't seem they want to stay in. I also love the other head peice good addition. This was a good deal to add to my collection. Oh yeah forgot to say that at first I thought this was fake because of the title but it was legit.
Fallout Ghost - July 5, 2017
Amazing figure, well made, very accurate to film, worth buy.
ByMeli - August 4, 2017
Great figure from Hasbro. It has a very nice texture all over that really makes the suit look amazing. The web's in Spidey's suit are all sculpted in and have a nice dark grey color that looks really good. It has the normal super articulation that Marvel Legends is known for with the added butterfly joints in the shoulders so no problem there. The alternate head and hands are sculpted and painted really good as well. The figure also comes with a Buil-a-Wing part that look very well sculpted with good paint application and details all over. The only problems I had with this figure was with the elbows. The upper elbow joints in the arms were really tight and the pegs were barely pushed through so I had to fix it myself in order to get the full range of motion. Overall I think the figures is very good. The only thing that held it back for me was the problems I mentioned and the lack of web crawling hands. If you're a fan of Marvel Legends, Spider-Man or

i just got this figure today & it is Amazing!! The articulation is great, I spent several minutes this afternoon, bending Spidey in all kinds of poses.Geat detail on the costume, the web wings really add some charm! I've never owned a Spidey figure that had those. Looks great posed with my oher figures.Really has the teen look, compared to the other adult characters. Best Spider-man figure I've seen yet!

Twelve Years a Slave

Twelve Years a Slave

LSU Press. 1968 gbs preview - Marvel Legends Spider-Man Homecoming Movie Spider-Man Action Figure (Build Vulture's Flight Gear), 6 Inches

Solomon Northup was a free man, the son of an emancipated Negro Slave. Until the spring of 1841 he lived a simple, uneventful life with his wife and three children in Upstate New York. Then, suddenly, he fell victim to a series of bizarre events that make this one of the most amazing autobiographies ever written. Northup accepted an offer from two strangers in Saratoga, New York, to catch up with their traveling circus and play in its band. But when the chase ended, Northup had been drugged, beaten, and sold to a slave trader in Washington, D.C. Subsequently, he was shipped to New Orleans, where he was purchased by a planter in the Red River region of Louisiana. For the next twelve years Northup lived as a chattel slave under several masters. He might well have died a slave, except for another set of bizarre circumstances which enabled him to get word to his family and finally regain his freedom. These elements alone -- the kidnapping, enslavement, and rescue -- are sufficient for a sensational story. But Northup provides more. He was a shrewd observer of people and events. His memory was remarkable. He described cultivation of cotton and sugar in the Deep South. He detailed the daily routine and general life of the Negro slave. Indeed, he vividly portrayed the world of slavery -- from the underside. Originally published in 1853, Northup's autobiography is regarded as one of the best accounts of American Negro slavery ever written by a slave. It is reprinted in full here for the first time, as the initial volume in The Library of Southern Civilization. Northup's account has been carefully checked by the editors and has been found to be remarkably accurate. To his own narrative of a long and tragic adventure, Professors Eakin and Logsdon have added significant new details about Northup and the plantation country where he spent most of his time as a slave. Heretofore unknown information about the capture and trial of Northup's kidnappers has been included, adding still another fascinating episode to an already astounding story.

Bait: Off-Color Stories for You to Color

Dark Horse Comics. 2016 gbs preview - Marvel Legends Spider-Man Homecoming Movie Spider-Man Action Figure (Build Vulture's Flight Gear), 6 Inches

"New York Times" bestselling novelist Chuck Palahniuk presents "Bait: Off-Color Stories for You to Color," his first ever coloring book for adults. Bait is both the coloring book debut and the second short story collection for Palahniuk, author of "Lullaby" and "Fight Club." The 8.5 x 11 inch hardcover album contains eight bizarre tales, illustrated in detailed black and white by Joelle Jones ("Lady Killer"), Lee Bermejo ("The Suiciders"), Duncan Fegredo ("Hellboy"), and more. Each story is paired with pieces of colorable original art, nearly 50 in all! Palahniuk invites readers to collaborate on this unprecedented hardcover edition: "Maybe between your colors, the artists' designs, and my stories we can create something that endures. Something worth keeping. Let's create a well-bound book that can sit on any shelf and be available for a new generation to discover and enjoy." Palahniuk's short stories are provocative and not for the faint of heart. (His public readings are notorious for making audience members pass out.) Kirkus Reviews described Palahniuk's 2015 short story collection "Make Something Up: Stories You Can't Unread" as "Pathos and panic and penitence from one of the darkest and most singular minds in contemporary American lit." "Bait" continues in that vein with stories about: A passenger on the Titanic who finds a surgical solution to the obstacle of "women and children first." A Hollywood star whose fading brand faces a viral (and scatological) internet campaign. An animal psychic who coaxes a statement from a fish that witnessed a political assassination. Increasingly terrible birthday gifts that place a girl at the center of an extinction-level event. Reviews for 2015's "Make Something Up" "Palahniuk finds sincerity among his characters even in disreputable occurrences."-- "Publishers Weekly" "He makes it absolutely clear that he's still the man who wrote 'Guts, ' the infamous story that made fans pass out at readings." --"Kirkus Reviews" Reviews for "Fight Club 2: " "At turns deeply poignant and very funny, Palahniuk's freakish fables capture a twisted zeitgeist and add an oddly inspirational and subversive voice to the contemporary canon . . . In the post-9/11 present, a hyperactive, Internet-obsessed, war- and recession-weary America apparently needs Tyler again."--"The Atlantic" "Chuck Palahniuk's "Fight Club 2" is as much a kinetic read as it is a pivotal watermark for the comic industry to receive such a high-profile cross-media debut.
