I'm very happy with this polaroid! I'm a really big fan of photography and cameras and I had been wanting an instant camera for a while. I finally bough this for my birthday to myself. First of all, I had some worries about the quality, I read so many reviews that were not convinced about this camera and I didn't know if I wanted to risk it, so here is what convinced me to buy it.Pros:-No batteries (that I saw were needed in other cameras), this might be something not so bothersome but its 2016 and a camera shouldnt need AA batteries.-Memory Card, you can store your pics, have them on your computer, share them, whatever. I recently used this to take a picture with a foreign friend and was able to give her the picture, knowing that I would have a copy of it. Really cool.-Doesn't look like a toy, I know this might not be an issue for everyone but I am seriously not into any of the designs of the Fuji ones, and believe me, before I made my choice between cameras I saw all of them in person in Urban Outfitters and Best Buy,-Paper can be a little cheaper, its not that big of a difference, but its a plus-Filters, this comes in b&w, regular colors and vintage colors, its cool they come out even more cool (hipster for some people I guess). Also the advantage of being able to have it with or withour border or having the photobooth option. What I was worried about:-Filters, I read some reviews about it coming out wrong, light, etc, I do have to say that color and b&w are perfectly fine, the vintage one is the only one I've had issues with, can't seem to make it work in a way that looks amazing like the other two.- I read about the framing of the picture, how what you see through the eyehole was not what came out in the picture, and its true, but It's not as bad as I read. In reality what gets printed is a cropped version from what you see through the eyehole, so if you're trying to make a lot of people fit into a picture you should try to leave extra space on the sides.-Quality, but as I said before, they come out fine, at least i think so, I had fuji pictures (taken with friends' cameras) and my pictures and they really do seem great to me.Cons:-You need to look up the user guide on the internet, its on the polaroid web page, but everything is there-The lens cover, don't forget to take it off!!- The eyehole/on button is very sensitive and can open at any moment, I bought a case so it wouldn't be a problem anymore. All in all I really thing its a great choice, great price, but I get why people would prefer other cameras. I hope this review was helpful, and sorry for any mistakes, english is not my first language.(Pics uploaded were taken by me, one in the vintage filter, the other one in regular colors)
I've only had this camera for a day, but there're definitely some things I wish I had looked into before purchasing.First: the flash doesn't always go off. And there's no way to turn it on/off. I took a picture next to a lamp - no flash. I moved about three feet away and the flash went off. I ended up with a photo with a lit background and two dark figures. That was unfortunate...Second: for some reason, this camera would NOT take photos outside at night. I tried several times. I thought it was malfunctioning or breaking! And this was only after TWO photos. But I took it inside (and took the lamp/distant lamp photos then) and found the camera was working fine.Third (connected to the flash problem): sometimes it's difficult to tell whether the photo is going to print or not. When I took it outside at night, it made an obvious clicking noise as though it were going to print. Nothing. I took it inside and got no flash so, assuming the picture wasn't printing, began adjusting the camera. Then I heard the printer start going... I got a blurry selfie.Fourth: there's a firmware update, and I need a microSD to get it! I plan on only using this camera for instant photos (even if the photos don't come out perfect - the mistakes and terrible shots get to be part of the fun and memories), but I imagine I'll want the firmware update to avoid any other problems, so I may just purchase it.Those are my qualms. Overall, it is SUCH a cute camera. I should also mention (to my surprise), the camera doesn't come with instructions. It was just packaging with info, e.g. instant photos, etc. printed on it. Not difficult at all to figure it out, though, considering there are only four buttons. I like the magnetic lens cover. It comes with a wrist strap, too. I can't attest to how the photos actually look when you don't print them and look at them on the computer or something, but the printed photos are all right. A sibling has the Fujifilm Instax Mini 90 Neo Classic, and I think her photos come out better. The color is nice and a bit more vibrant. I've tried only two out of three of the color settings on the Polaroid Snap, and even the one with full color comes out a bit dull.I am satisfied with my purchase and do enjoy the camera.Edited: after about a week with this camera and both perusing reviews for other instant cameras and seeing them in action, this one just doesn't seem worth the buy. The best thing about it is probably its cute physical aesthetic, but performance-wise, it is disappointing.

The quality of this paper is amazing!I’ve been using it with my Polaroid ZIP Mobile Printer w/ZINK Zero Ink Printing Technology - Compatible w/iOS & Android Devices - WhiteYou get 5 ten packs of paper (size 2x3 ), 50 in total.I really like that they pack them like this since, i don’t have to open the whole box to print a few pictures. Each pack has a blue Smartsheet card with it.You should use this card before running another pack of Zink paper through your printer. The blue Smartsheet calibrates colors and cleans printer's head. The pictures come out dry, clear, and really smudge proof. They are perfect to carry in your wallet of for scrapbooking! The paper is water resistant, thick and not easy tearable.Don’t forget to use blue Smartsheet and enjoy your gorgeous prints!
I've been using this paper with my Polaroid Zip Instant Mobile Printer and photos come out great with it. Photos in outdoor lighting have the best results. Photos taken in indoor lighting still print well, but the more natural lighting of outdoor images come out so rich and with the most realistic colors and details. Inside this box of 50 sheets is actually 5 ten packs of paper. And each ten pack has a blue Smartsheet card with it. You are supposed to use this card at a minimum of once before running a pack of Zink paper through your printer. The purpose of the blue Smartsheet is that it cleans printer's head and calibrates colors. So to make sure you're getting the very best photo results from your printer, remember to run the blue Zink Smartsheet through your printer first, with each new 10 pack you use!Sample pack provided for review
I think zink paper is amazing and affordable. I have to buy it for my Polaroid zip (in red! it's cute). Two things I use my zip/zink paper for: when my friends want a copy of an instant photo I've taken. I'll scan it to my phone, then print them out Polaroid zips on the spot! They love it. (Or I'll let them take the original and make myself a copy later!). I usually bring a few packs of this along to parties, with my Polaroid Zip and my Fujifilm Mini 90 instant camera. The other thing I use it for is when I want to display my instant photos in a sunny place. I don't want to fade the original photo, so I scan it, make a copy on my Polaroid zip, then put the original photo in a safe, dark album! The quality isn't jaw-dropping amazing but it's pretty good! What exactly can you expect from printed iphone pictures/instant photo copies?I love it. 5 stars.
Love, love, love my Polaroid printer. It prints clear pictures and is so easy to use. I finally get my pictures of my phone and on to my wall where people can see my cute grandkids!
We ran out of film for our Polaroid camera and my son really wanted to take it to school for a project they were doing. I ordered these and it arrived much quicker than I thought it would. He had it in time for the school project. We love this product. We have the printed pictures displayed in our home. They’re fun and easy to use and look great. It isn’t as clear as pictures taken from a digital camera, however it serves the purpose and definitely helps the kids have fun goofing around taking silly pictures and being able to have them printed right away.
I purchased a Polaroid Zip for my daughter for Christmas but it only came with a small pack of paper. She's a teenager and I knew she would go through it fast 😂 so I wanted to purchase her some extra. I was very happy when I found them for so cheap. In case you missed the description, they are 2 inches by 3 inches and you have the option to use the sticky backs if you want to. My daughter loves her printer and uses it all the time. Neither the paper or printer is perfect, you can see very faint small lines on the photos but they are still very nice and the color is very vibrant. I provided a pic so you can see for yourself. I hope it is helpful.
I have a Polaroid Socialmatic camera and I had run out of paper. After taking a lot of photos at Christmas and at parties I found out that when you print out a photo everyone wants the copy of their favorite pictures and you don't get to keep them. I had an upcoming birthday party to go to for my grandson and I wanted to take photos of his party to give to him so I ordered more paper. I allowed almost 3 weeks for delivery to make sure that I got the paper. After the order was placed I found out that the shipment would take 4 to 7 weeks and I was upset. I was still being optimistic that they would arrive early as I was told they shipped them on Christmas. After the birthday party date had passed I called Amazon and told them to cancel the order. The supplier told me that they were already shipped and the cancelled the invoice but told me to keep the Zink paper when it arrived. I promised a review of the papers and so here it is.This paper makes surprisingly good photos. The color is very good and the photos are clear. The camera makes these photos with Zero Ink thus the name is Zink. In my attached video I show the package, how the paper is delivered in 10 packs and how to load them into the camera. Make sure that you leave the barcode sheet on the bottom of the stack with the barcode facing down. Once loaded the camera will scan the barcode and configure the camera to make the best photos. The photos have a removable backing that allows you to stick the them on a wall, bulletin board or onto a collage board of photos. The backing is hard to get started to peel off but just take your time.In my video I show a photo that I want to print and print it out. As you can see the quality of the printed photo is very good. I like this paper a lot and the paper works well in my camera. I now see that my supplier ships the product directly from Amazon and they can ship the product and deliver it in 2 days. I compliment them for making this change. I rate the product at 5 stars as it works as specified and I feel the suppler has done a fair amount of assistance after the long delivery issue.

Last year’s Polaroid Snap was fun— a camera with a built-in printer. But Polaroid has stepped it up big time with a new model. I have the original Polaroid Snap and it is great. It’s fun with instant gratification and about right for the price. But Polaroid has taken everything missing in the lower price point version and added it AND MORE to this new model. What you get in the box:' The Polaroid Snap TouchScreen Camera'1 Pack of Zink Photo Paper (10 sheets = 10 photos)' USB to Micro USB charging cable' Magnetic Lens Cap' Wrist Strap' Instruction Book (a plus because the first model had nothing!)What you may want:' More Zink Photo Paper – premium or regular – I suggest the Polaroid POLZ2X350 2x3-Inch Premium Zink Photo Paper Quintuple Pack for Polaroid Snap, Z2300, Socialmatic Instant Cameras & Zip Instant Printer (50 Sheets)' An SD card (can be up to 128 MB) – the camera will store about 10 photos without an SD cardThis camera has added so many features – I’m really impressed in the improvements. The top benefits:1. It’s a 13 MP camera – great detail and the ability to ZOOM in and out using the touch screen (in comparison, the Fuji Instax has no megapixels because you can’t save the photo)2. You can take photos or video – (video is also something the Fuji Instax is not capable of)3. It has a built-in flash with the ability to turn it on/off or auto4. It has an LCD display for viewing your photo in advance (as compared to the previous Snap that has a mock-window that gave you a general idea of the picture)5. It has a ton of control features including: optional date/time stamp; fun borders, stickers, and effects that can be added right from the camera before printing, photo booth (creates three photos in a row that become a single picture)6. It has been good so far in low light settings. Much more clarity than the original Snap.7. It has a rechargeable battery via a USB to micro USB cable (the same cable you use to do firmware updates) with good battery life.8. I has a burst mode where you can take a series of photos quickly9. It has a tiny mirror on the front for taking selfies so you can at least get an idea if your face is in the middle of the shot.10. You can attach it to a tripod and there is a built-in timer11. It makes noise so you can tell that the photo was taken (although you have control over the volume and can turn it off)12. It has a Bluetooth feature if you want to connect a smartphone to the camera for printing photos. You have to download an app first. I have not been able to get my phone (Samsung S7 Edge) to connect but will continue to try.And the best feature is……13. IT PRINTS RIGHT FROM THE CAMERA! How cool is this. It’s about the same size as other point and shoot cameras but it will print mini photos right from the camera. It holds 10 sheets at a time and they can be purchased as regular photo paper or sticker prints. Instant gratification, personal and private, great for sharing, great for weddings, parties, and whatever. The list goes on.This great feature has been enhanced because Polaroid added this: you can control the print function. On the previous Snap, it printed automatically as long as there was paper inside. But this camera allows you to choose if you want to print AND gives the option for setting the number of prints too.All of the questions and issues that many commented about on the first version have been addressed and more. The drawback to any instant print camera is the cost of the paper, anywhere from 31¢ for the standard paper to 40¢ per sheet for the premium paper (and the size of the package changes the cost per sheet as well). The prints are only 2”x 3”. The quality of the prints is actually one of the downfalls. There are sometimes streaks in the paper, although you can get much better quality print if you upgrade to the Premium paper. As a note, the paper needs to go in with the blue sheet face down. You have the option of taking your SD card out and printing full size or larger prints as well so you lose nothing in your photo control. Firmware updates are easy and instructions are on the Polaroid website. Having your photos to share – other than prints, is a huge benefit over the Fuji Instax. And since the Snap take a high resolution photo, you can print them big or small as well as post and transfer photos electronically. You could easily print a 10x14 with the resolution quality of the digital file.
*Normal print of pic & added border of same pic*I received this as a Christmas present and was very excited to start playing with it.I'm not normally a photography guy so this for me is just for fun, and being extra. The camera:Stylish points10/10 -matte finish, Magnetic lens cover (looks really cool to put on) slightly wider then iPhone 5s but same length (convienent size)Picture quality (including printed out)*I'm not into photography, just a regular person who thought this Polaroid is a cool thing to have*7/10- I didn't expect amazing photo quality, and this is around exactly what I imagined the quality would be. I would compare it to being a good portion better better than printing a 4x6 at Walgreens with your iPhoneAll in all, I wanted this Polaroid instead of the Fuji film instax mini for a number of reasons1.) the ST is about the size of an iPhone, the FFIM is much larger and wider so it makes it inconvient to carry around places whereas the ST fits in your pocket2.) The power to choose!! Oh my gosh that is handsdown the best feature of the ST, I can recall so many times blinking or just getting a bad pic with the FFIM and having to retake and wait for the picture to reprint before hopefully not wasting more film paper (it's not that cheap) BUT with the ST you can choose which pics to print off, add effects(filters, stickers).3.) Printing - The ST, when you print, takes 32 seconds and they come out already finished, unlike the FFIM were you have to wait for the photo to emerge from the blank filmConclusion:This is a meant for fun camera, it has awesome features the older Polaroids didnt (sadly) and as a product it's a great balance between retro and new age. Have fun with it!
Only had it for 4 months and it has a battery problem. The battery charges to 47% and gets super hot. Contacted polaroid, and they basically said, it's not their problem.
I purchased this the day it was released (not through Amazon) because I had to have it THAT DAY. 🙂 I'm all about instant gratification. I had purchased the Polaroid Snap a few days before that, but was still on the fence about it and was considering returning it. I had a few issues that I wasn't nuts about with the original. My biggest problem was the cost to print and not being able to control which pictures print. When I saw that the new Polaroid Snap Touch would allow you to choose the pictures to print, and you could even edit them from the camera before you printed, I was sold. For the pros - this camera is easy to use. It prints pictures immediately from the camera. My kids think it's the greatest thing ever. It was easy to set up and to work taking pictures. Being able to choose which pictures to print is a huge money saver over the snap, because each picture will cost you about 50 cents to print and you don't want to be wasting paper. It's easy to add pictures and frames, and apply a new filter. The cons - My biggest issue is that the magnetic lens cap keeps popping off, leaving the lens exposed and making it so I have to dig through the purse to find the cap. Also, the flash will pop up when it's in my purse - which turns the camera on. I've realized that I now need a $20 case for this camera because of the design flaws of this camera. Also, sometimes the touchscreen is not as responsive as I would like it to be.I would love to pull the pictures onto my phone so I could judge the quality but the iOS app hasn't been released yet. I'm hoping that is a seamless release and it all goes well.Overall, this is a solid 4 star product. Having to buy a separate case for this takes away a little of the thrill of this product for me.

Designed for today’s “power hungry” HD-video SLR’s and still cameras, our dual charger is the smart way to make sure you’re always in power. Thanks to a unique intelligent circuitry and Interchangeable plates it charges up to two batteries (of same model or different) in the same amount of time, then “tops off” that charge without causing memory issues. If you want your shooting day to be about performance not power, keep our dual charger at your side. This Charger is Comaptible With The Following Camera/Camcorder Models,LPE6 - 5D Mark II, 7D, 60DLPE8 - T2i, T3iBP511 - 20D, 30D, 40D, 50D, 5D, D30, D60 , Optura Xi , PowerShot G1, G2, G3, G5, G6, Pro 1, Pro 90

Received and only one side worked. Upon further investigation found one of the prongs under the changeable plates was too low. Was able to ‘pry’it up and now it works fine. A Lot cheaper than a Canon charger but I’d prefer a Canon charger
It worked great at first. But after a few months, the "dual" feature doesn't seem to be working correctly. Not sure what's wrong, but the lights on it just don't seem to be performing correctly. It's a little hard to be sure since I use a camera battery holder that uses two batteries and I have never taken so many pictures at one time as to actually run the batteries down. So, the charger could not be giving me a full charge and I simply would never know it because I don't shoot enough to notice a "short" charge on the batteries.
To the point: as advertised, no surprises there. Happy about dual battery charging. Charge indicators work great. Comes with interchangeable battery connectors. Etc. Great stuff! One small but bothersome detail: the power cable doesn't fit perfectly into the device's plug, and found myself having to fiddle with it to make it "stay put". If I move the charger, then it stops charging. I haven't tried the car cable, but seems to fit (or not) just like the wall power cable.UPDATE... I have used this charger for about 5 times (only!) during the last 8 months. As per my initial review, there was an issue with the cable not fitting nicely into the charger. After fiddling with it for a while, I sadly report, it's no longer working.Do I want to go through the hassle of sending it back, no. I didn't want to do when I got it, and I don't want to do it now.I did want to get a working charger with parts properly fitted to work together.
stopped working right away
It works. Sometimes the insert will come off with the battery but other than that it does charge 2 batteries at the same time; just not as fast as the Canon charger.
This is a handy little tool and a must have if you do location shoots. it has car lighter plug as well as AC plug. I like how it is capable of charging various types of batteries with a simple switch of the adaptor plates. the only down side I have seen isn't really that big on a down fall; is that the indicator lights show the batteries at 75% charge forever and rarely if ever show a full charge even if the batteries are completely charged. not really a big deal since it does the job and that's what really matters.I would recommend this to anyone, it is a good item to and to your bag.PS this is my second post, I have been using this for a couple of weeks at this point.
The unit I ordered was the right SN for the camera batterys I use... however the one received wasn't the right unit so it had to be returned and I ended up buying from a different seller outside of Amazon as a result.
Misplaced my original Canon charger and purchased this charger last week to charge 2 original Canon LP-E8 batteries. Followed the instructions in the "Quick Start Guide" that came with the charger. According the the guide, when you plug in the charger without any batteries in it, it does a "Pre-Charge Checkup" which is followed by 2 LEDs blinking for a second. I had all 8 LEDs light up solid for a couple of seconds; none blinked.I tried charging one LP-E8 first. On the left charger receptacle, no LEDs came on. It appeared dead. On the right side receptacle, the LEDs blinked and appeared to start charging. However, the LEDs went off after about an hour or so (they are supposed to stop blinking and stay lit solid when the battery is fully charged). Removing and reinserting the battery in either receptacle did not result in any LED coming on. The unit appears dead. Unplugging and replugging the charger from the wall and using a different wall socket did not help. After replugging in, the LEDs on the charger would light up solid, but, inserting either battery (or both batteries) in either receptacle did not cause any LEDs to come on. So, doesn't look like it is charging the batteries any more.Since the seller is not Amazon.com (although it ships through Amazon and so, returns are free and painless), I cannot get a replacement/exchange. Have to return for a refund and order separately. Polaroid's website lists the charger, but, offers no support information or troubleshooting tips.At this time, I am not sure if I want to buy this same charger again or bite the bullet and get the original Canon charger for almost twice the cost.

Bought this as a gift for our granddaughter to go with her new Polaroid ZIP Mobile printer that uses ZINK technology. She loves the printer and of course the photo paper is the perfect companion. The package size for 50 is quite small, of course 2x3 inches but only about 1 inch high, nevertheless there are 50 prints in there all with sticky backs. Great gift from G&G.
Purchased this as a gift (together with the Polaroid printer) for my college-aged granddaughter. She showed me her early prints, and aside from being quite small, the image quality - both sharpness and color - was pretty good. The Polaroid system is obviously intended as a way to quickly share photos - as my granddaughter does with her friends. If you are accustomed to 5x7 prints (as I am) or even 4x6, you may be disappointed by the small size of this Polaroid instant print.
the color of the printer is off by quite a lot... but if it is just for fun....... it works. We returned the printer...
Started using them the day we received them. We were able to add pictures taken that afternoon and give as little stocking stuffer gifts to our loved ones.
This is a great deal for replacement printer paper. Cheapest I could find plus the shipping was fast. Highly recommend.
I bought this set for my neighbors sink camera. They work great and the price is awesome! I would recommend these.
Cheap and Affordable, Got a pack of 50 for $25. Made an awesome christmas gift along with the Polaroid z2300
Pricey but, for the technology worth the cost. Pictures are clear and brilliant.

Polaroid is transferring to a newer greener updated RFID printer ribbon for all models. The 3-0104-1 replacement ribbon has the same specs as the 3-0104, but it requires a firmware update (downloadable here: http://www.screencheckna.com/download) that the end user needs to run on their printer before using the new ribbon with newer RFID.
